Lynford Reece

Lynford Reece is a Senior Manager with a wealth of experience and expertise in brokering management, relationship marketing and sales programme implementation.

He has been Senior Manager for Distribution since joining JN General Insurance in 2005.

Mr Reece is tasked with overall responsibility for the development, implementation, and measurement of the organisation’s marketing programmes, service levels, and revenue generation.

Prior to his current position, he served as Marketing Manager at Dyoll Insurance Company, where he was employed for 19 years.

He holds a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, and a diploma in Marketing from the Institute of Management and Production.  He completed a course in Project Management for Small and Medium Enterprises and Entrepreneurs at the Management Global Institute, and the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter course at the American Institute.  He also pursued Executive Education courses in Marketing Management Strategies at the Columbia Business School and Advanced Management Programme with Schulich School of Business, Toronto.
