The completed claim form along with supporting documents may be sent to claimreports@jngijamaica.com or you may submit the physical documents to any of our branches.
Motor Insurance
The Motor Claim Forms below must be submitted with the following:
- Copy of Driver’s Licence (front and back) for the driver
- Copy of vehicle fitness and registration
- Estimate of repairs
All incidents must be reported within 24 hours of occurrence to the Police
You must not admit liability or make any offer of or payment to any person.
Whether you are at fault or not, all accidents must be reported to JNGI, your Broker or Agent as soon as possible whether or not you intend to make a claim.
You are required to report an accident to your insurance provider within thirty (30) days if its occurrence.
