So that we can help, follow these steps immediately if you’ve observed any damage to your property:

  • Take photographs and or video footage of the damaged property
  • Perform immediate, interim repairs to minimise any further loss 
  • Keep all receipts for temporary repairs done in a safe place
  • Submit your catastrophe claim form and any supporting documents within 30 days after the event to catclaims@jngijamaica.com. Click here to access a claim form.
